Like when I have an item selected, and the menus look right, I get the
contextual menus item settings, item properties, and such.

I can't find anything in there to change volume or pan,
I hear the settings voiced,
and I've poked around with NVDA and window-eyes, but nothing in there
relates to volume and pan for that item to change it.

I see position, and length, and a bunch of other stuff, rename, so how
do we manipulate these basic settings without looking through the huge
actions list and assigning keys?
I mean, eventually I'd do that I imagine, but you'd think simple
settings like this would be readily available.
I'll look again through the context menus and see if I missed something.
