[Rwp] New osara keymap

Hi list,
Here's a new version of the keymap. The changes are:
1. Thanks to James we have the ripple state announced and so that action 
has been mapped to the letter p as it was in rea-access
2. The enter key  now toggles between the states of a folder, open, 
small, or closed
3. The actions that moves to transient and plays from that point has 
been improved
4. Shift and left or right arrow now select data as they did in rea-access.

Use it only with osara. This new link replaces the old one that will no 
longer work
