[Rwp] My daw situation, and question on How to organize vst plugins

Hi list,

I broke down and ordered a Pro Studio daw from studio cat. All well and good.
Now, however, when I tried copying my Reaper config to my USB key using 
the bat file, half of my plugins didn't get copied because I had the 
directories so disorganized.
So, why not just copy my plugins directory into the appdata roaming 
reaper dir? Everything else is there, all my presets and effects chains 
and all, so why can't the plugins directory also be there?
