If it's a native Reaper function, there probably is an action for it.
My guess is that it's a ReaAccess function, and the titles of some of
those actions are unclear.

Have you tried performing a transpose using Numpad 2 or Numpad 8, then
looking at your undo history to see which action was used last? That's
how I usually go about discovering which action is being used.
