[Rwp] Automation

Hi all, 

 

Just a quick question, at least I think it will be. Using Rea Access, there
are four possible automation modes listed - read, write, flash and touch. I
know that the write mode is where you can record an automation envelope but
what are touch and flash? Are they any good to us?I looked at the automation
wiki but it doesn't seem to refer to them.
