You'll find two lists of available MIDI ports in Preferences under
MIDI Devices, the first list for inputs, the second for outputs. By
default, they're disabled. To enable them, move onto the required port
using your arrow keys, then use your screen reader to route the mouse
to the same position and simulate a right-click. It should pop up a
menu where you can enable the port or set it to accept control data.
