[Rwp] i can't edit notes in reaper

i am experience with windows and screen readers!
@Juan Bello, you are quite wrong
go to QWS's event editor, then you will know what i'm saying
in reaper's midi access, we just can edit notes, we can't insert note there
and that's a bad problem
and, my mean is not drag and drop, my mean is inserting notes at
different possitions without a keyboard
