[Rwp] trying to understand osara and the meters function

Just tried out the peak watcher and, as far as I can see, it does report 
values higher than 0.0 DB. Mine says things like, "Chan 1: 0.3. Chan 2: 
2.9." True, it doesn't prefix these positive values with a plus, but if 
the value doesn't have a minus before it, you'll automatically know it's 
positive.
