[Rwp] More Reaper Inquiries

I've not taken his Audio Fundamentals course, but can vouch for Derek
knowing a ton about Reaper.

OSARA has some meagre funding for some training documents to be
created. It's too soon in development for those to be written right
now, but rest assured that I've put stuff in place to make sure
newbies will have a smoother learning experience by this time next
year.
