[Rwp] Synthesis and Tone Generating

Hi all, 

 

In Sound Forge, there is a number of synthesis functions that enable you to
generate tones and more complex sounds to work with. Is there a way to do
the same in Reaper without using midi?

 

Bursts of white noise, configurable sweeps etc provide good source material
for sound design. I'd like to be able to create them as items or something
without having to go in and out of sound Forge if that's possible.
