To be blunt Amir, most screen readers do not have a reliable drag and drop feature. It's a little hard to implement this feature, and whether a screen reader has the feature or not, how reliable the feature will work depends on how a particular software application is designed. That is off-topic for this particular list. Amir, I hope you don't mind me asking you this, but how much experience do you have with screen readers and Windows?
