[Rwp] i can't edit notes in reaper

Well, there's going to be some maths involved in advanced MIDI editing
no matter which software you choose, it's an unavoidable evil of event
lists. I sense that what you're looking for is the equivalent
experience that sighted folks have nowadays of dropping and dragging
notes around on a grid, but tbh, I haven't seen that approach made
accessible in any DAW yet for a screen reader user.
