[Rwp] i can't edit notes in reaper

that is exactly what I am telling you, if you can get to the midi
editor view you can insert notes and the like. And there is always a
virtual midi keyboard you can use in reaper. Osara supports moving to
the nearest midi event that you have, an I imagine notes are also
taken as midi events.
