[Rwp] Using Reaper with Osara

Keystrokes to speak everything you've asked for here are already on
Jamie's list of things to do. For now though, the easiest way to get
current position is to set your ruler to display the desired units in
the view menu, then use CTRL+J to read the current position from the
jump dialog. There are actions to move to the beginning and end of
items, so if they're not already assigned in the keymap, you'd need to
do that, but then you'd be able to use those in combination with the
jump dialog to figure out start and end times of everything. I can't
think of a workaround to speak what's selected right now, so will try
and bump this one up the priority list when I next get time with Jamie
unless anybody else has a method that'll tide us over.
