[Rwp] Intro and importing a keymap

Hi Brian.
Once you're inside the Actions dialog (Actions menu -> Show action
list), just tab to the Import/Export button and activate it. A menu
will than open, to import the key map choose the import option. You
will than get a standard Windows open file dialog.
