[Rwp] EastWest QuantumLeap Access

I own the older EWQL Orchestral Silver which uses Kompakt and I can tell 
you that is *completely* inaccessible, regardless of what screen reader 
you use. I didn't even have any luck with that using NVDA's OCR add-on. 
Hopefully, the newer Play engine is better, but I'm not willing to spend 
the money to find out given the complete failure with the older engine 
and their complete lack of concern about it.
