[Rwp] Editing a track without afecting the other track?

Split items on only one track, then cut those items.
Select your track, move your cursor to the start of the point where you 
want to cut. Press shift+A, then S to make a split. This should make an 
item split on only that track rather than all tracks with items in the 
timeline. Do the same for the end of your selection. Now, move between 
items using control left/right, then perform whatever action you like 
(cut, copy, paste, delete, etc.) to the selected item. This should only 
affect your highlighted track.
