[RWP] Where can I download the full reaper program?

On the webpage, it says you can use Reeper unlimitedly for 60 days then you have to pay for it. I've also heard that if you're using it for personal use, you can use it for free at any point. If anyone knows any different, please let us know! Thanks in advance.
