You can check out reaperaccess.com to get you started. Also, press Shift plus F1 to get some shortcut keys. F12 will put you in training mode and will tell the function of the keys once they are pressed. Assuming you're on Windows though.

You can download Reaper from reaper.fm and the ReaAccess scripts 
from reaaccess.com if need be.
