[RWP] Items and Cursor

Hi Alex,

In Reaper 4, the setting you're looking for is Preferences, Editing
Behavior, then uncheck the 'Move edit cursor when pasting/inserting
media' checkbox. I can't remember whether this was in exactly the same
location and called the same thing in Reaper 3, but it should at least
give you a nudge in the right direction if you're still using that
version.
