[RWP] In Reaper, how do you organize your song's build?

Hey,

Thank you David and Scoot for your advices. In concrete terms, how 
markers can help me if between my first verse and the chorus, I need to 
insert on all tracks a part that I have forgotten during the first 
recording. For example, at the measure 18, I suddently realize that 
thrree measure are missing before the chorus.
Maybe, is it more folders who can save me?
