Yup, the lack of documentation/support has come up many times, and
will no doubt continue to do so.

If you want something deeper than training mode, perhaps try hitting
Shift+F1, which will auto generate a list of keyboard shortcuts.
Should keep you busy for a week or two :)

Also, Oreo's site at www.reaperaccess.com has some handy stuff if
you're just getting started... less intimidating.
