[Rwp] midi clock, timecode and latency

Sure, but this does nothing at all for start/stop MTC, which is what I'm having issues with.
I'm not even recording, necessarily, just trying to chain a bunch of hardware arps to a metronome, and noticing that even this is way off. If I were to record the output, which would all be audio tracks, as the devices are generating their own midi/arp/steps, etc. then this setting would also not do much.

I tried the JH midi clock plugin, which is better, but still not quite dead on, and it's a bit of a pain to send that to all midi outputs. Time for more track templates, I guess?

While its main purpose is for plugins and the latency that they can introduce, it does work for hardware things as well. Reaper basically looks at all of the tracks in the project, finds the one that is most delayed and brings the others in sync with that track, thereby fake compensating and making things very nice as a result.

Yamaha Motif XS, Korg MikcroKorg, Arturia MicroBrute and Arturia BeatStep. The MicroBrute has it's own step sequencer, which I want to run independently of the CV out from the other sequencer to control various aspects of the synth, which can't be done with it's internal one.

Audio latency is not the problem (running at 32 samples at 48 khz yields quite low latency there.) Same issue exists with a midi metronome.
