actions list under MIDIAccess (main).

Regarding your question on patch changes, below is a link to a podcast
Kelly Sapergia had done on bank and patch changes in Reaper. This is
for GM though. I hope this answers your question, if not, then I hope
it at least points you in the right direction. I know some synths
don't show presets in the FX window though. I'm thinking they may have
a program browser or something.
