[Rwp] Track Selection

This seems clunky until you get used to it. Actually, even when you're
used to it, it's still clunky, but eventually the anger dissipates. It
is the way it is because in Reaper, tracks don't actually contain any
audio. Items contain the audio, so when you hit s, Reaper doesn't give
a hoot which track happens to be selected, it cares which item is
selected. It's something that trips us up more often than sighted
users because they instinctively dive straight for the item itself,
whereas we have to move onto a track before we can start navigating by
items.
