[Rwp] OSARA key map

Unless I've misinterpreted the way you worded that, the something not
quite write is the keystrokes. CTRL+Left and CTRL+Right still move by
item as per usual. To jump to transients within an item, with this
keymap you'd want to be hitting Shift+Tab or Tab for previous or next
respectively.
