[Rwp] OSARA key map

With Gianluca and Derek's keymap, tab and shift+tab use action chains to 
go from next/previous transient, move the cursor to that transient, then 
play from cursor. By default, the playback doesn't follow the position 
of transients when you move between them. This is entirely different 
than the actions used for navigating between items.
