[Rwp] OSARA key map

The blind guy here who isn't productive enough yet for his liking
agrees, but on a project like this where the developer is working fast
and essentially in spare time, I can also imagine why they'd be
cautious about going down that road. It'd open up a whole other can of
worms something along the line of the keymap debate. From the first go
round, I can tell you that the virtual view thingy was the cause of
quite a lot of back and forth. I also think that in the grand scheme
of things, the more often we can be interacting with and manipulating
the standard GUI the majority uses, the better chance we have of
rolling with the punches as Reaper itself evolves. There are already
some actions in OSARA that give us abilities that sighted users don't
have, such as the one to refocus the nearest event in the MIDI events
list, so it's not like Jamie is saying native or bust if an action is
required as an enabler to put us back on a level playing field.
