[Rwp] OSARA key map

I must admit, I take exception to statements like, such and such is
completely fake. So what if it is fake. Fake, I suppose, means that the
sighted user doesn't see it.
 So what? Big deal.

Or that the blind user interface needs to rely on the vfisual presentation,
and not contain extra bits.
Quite honestly, whatever helps me get the job done more quickly and easily
is worth doing, fake or not, regardless of whether the sighties have that
available or not.,
I do understand how people want to talk in common terms with the sighted
user, and I do understand the use case for that.
But, the fact is, we are at a considerable disadvantage. And, ruling
anything, absolutely anything out for asthetic reasons is short sighted. We
should use whatever tricks are available, so long as they provide advantage.
If the sightlings don't have it, too bad. They got gobs of other things.
They have so many advantages over us its mind boggling. I'm not willing to
throw anything over board, just because they don't have it, as long as it is
the best alternative for us.
I would far rather have a quick way of getting at some piece of information
behind the scenes, if I can have that communicated to me in less time, or
with less effort relative to using their standard techniques.
Let us not let architectural asthetics, or artistic sensibilities inhibit
the best solution for us.
Productivity is the key.

That's a ReaAccess specific feature. OSARA doesn't have an equivalent yet.
I'm not convinced it should, as it's completely fake, but we'll see.
