[Rwp] OSARA keymap

Has anybody filed this? We definitely need to be able to get at the cursor
time.
In fact, what I have been doing with jaws script, is opening the Big Clock,
which is the only way I could find a time field. That lets me include it in
the braille display. One of the things I do often with reaper is record
long segments, where I need to occasionally glance at the time while I'm
talking. I don't want to stop talking while I listen to jabber jabber. I'm
not that sharp any more. But, I can read it in braille without disruption.

That's fine, except reporting an action which didn't actually occur is not
too much information; it's more like misinformation.

Actually, sighted users can glance at the time on screen (depending on time
ruler unit), which is probably a valid argument for having a command like
that. Hitting control+j then escape can be done quite fast and is only one
extra keystroke, but you do have to listen to irrelevant stuff about the
dialog, so I can see how that would be inefficient. So, if you want it, file
an enhancement in GitHub.
