[Rwp] OSARA key map

Hi,
SWS is an extension that adds to put it in a non technical way, a lot
of useful functionality in to Reaper.
There's a lot more detailed explanations I'm sure, but hope this
simplified one helps a bit.
If somebody else wants to take a stab at explaining what exactly SWS
is, feel free.
Maybe ask Chris the fuzzy Bell fuzzball Heheh.
I'm sure he'll be happy to tel you more.
