[Rwp] OSARA key map

That would please me to punch, a key map with documentation so I can get
started doing work.
What ever it is.
It's nice to have first letter designations,
but if that doesn't exactly work out, that's ok too.
The documentation is the big deal though,
even for intermediate users who haven't been sleeping and breathing
reaper, and those of us migrating from another daw.
If I get serious enough about reaper, I'll be paying one of you hot dog
reaper power users for some tutoring.
So far though, seem to be picking it up pretty well,
I got sws installed, and all the current key map
the first edition offered is working as advertised.
