What Is Leadership? Leadership is Being a good comunicater and 
being responcible.  There are good leaders and bad leaders such 
as Thomas Jefferson (good leader) Hitlar (bad leader.) Leaders 
are always willin to Give an extra five percent an extra 5 
percent is is something out of the ordenary such as giving a 
complement or things like that.  Most people think it takes allot 
to give an extra 5 percent But it doesn't.  All it takes is a 
random act of kindness.  That can be anything from picking up 
trash to paying for someones meal.  Anyone can put in an extra 5 
percent you just have to want to put in the efffert.
