[Rwp] OSARA key map

I would be appreciated to have a free osara with keymap set on it. as
long as there is documentation, and not crazy hotkeys such as
CTRL+shift+alt+space+tab+f9, It should be fine.
Else if i dislike the current offered keymap, i'd better set myself up
my own.
