[Rwp] OSARA keymap

Hello,
as it looks like everyone has their own keymap, it would probably be a 
good idea to upload the keymaps or put links to the keymaps on a page in 
the wiki.
In windows, ctrl+c is the obvious copy and ctrl+v is the paste and 
ctrl+x is cut, so I would not suggest for newbies, having this changed.
as working on a command-line is really advanced (Yes, even though it is 
easier, it is advanced), talking about it in the beginning will just 
confuse people who are new.
