[Rwp] question about OSARA

Hi all!

I downloaded the .dll file in 64 bit. How can I activate the OSARA 
plugin? I open a midifile and I select an item.
I would like to start learning work with Reaper and I need lots of 
documents. Where can I find and download these? I used Cakewalk 9 and 
Adobe Audition 1.5, but I would like to change everything to Reaper.
