[Rwp] howdy, rea access reaper probs

Howdy all,
So I am having a problem, I just installed the reaper 30 day trial,
and tried installing rea access.
When I go to run the setup file for rea access, it says that
components are missing and that I need to start and close reaper which
I've done sevral times. I'm at my wits end.
