In REAPER 4, ReaAccess can't access the track context menu as intended,
though there is a (rather annoying) workaround. OSARA can also report
selecting next/previous track envelope, supports peak holds, has an
action to focus the nearest event in the MIDI event list and has an
action to invoke the i/o window for the master track.

Probably quite a few things, though I'd argue some of them aren't that
necessary. Noteably, there's no virtual track parameter navigation (i.e.
tab and shift+tab in ReaAccess), which seems to be important to some
users. Also, there's currently no installer or keymap, so setup is more
involved. I'm sure there's quite a bit more than that, but I haven't
really used ReaAccess much, so I'll leave that to others.
