[Rwp] Time selection for the "time sellection Auto Punch" option.

Hey Jim,

To specify the start of selection, use Alt+Shift+[. For the end point,
use Alt+Shift+]. There's also an option to automatically return the
playhead to the start of that selection once you've marked out both
points buried somewhere in Preferences... think it's under editing
behaviour. Doesn't suit everyone's workflows, but I've found it useful
on occasion.
