[Rwp] Routing Effects to Tracks

I have a voiceworks. It works. If you want OK, but not totally amazing 
autotune for free, check out KeroVee. Does both monophonic midi and 
autotune with custom scales, but it's not quite up to antares standard, 
especially when it comes to how it handles sibilance.
