[Rwp] Reaper and the Tranzport problem.

Strange, I'm not seeing that here. I'm a few versions behind with
Reaper on this machine though, wonder if it's something they broke
lately.

In any case, in the track menu, you'll find the option "set all tracks
to automatic record-arm when track selected" or some similar wording.
Should do the trick.
