Hi & Greetings from The Great Southern Land...
Okay to Edit MIDI...
Select the Item that contains the MIDI information
Press Control plus Alt plus E to open the MIDI Editor
If you are doing this for the first time go to the View Menu and Select Mode
Events List
You can now scroll up and down the Events List with the Up and Down Arrows.
To Edit a particular Event...
Select the Event by Scrolling to it and press Control plus F2.
This will open the Event Dialog...
This will give you all the parameters of that Event, just TAB around and
change what you need...
To do Global Changes...
Select all the MIDI Events with Control plus A
Then press Control plus F2 and again TAB thru all the parameters. This
actually is a great Edit Dialog...
To easily Transpose a MIDI Item... there are 2 ways...
First Method:
Select the MIDI Item and then press Shift plus 9 to Transpose down a
Semitone or
Shift plus 0 to Transpose Up a Semitone.
Repeated key strokes will move more semitones up or down.
Second Method:
Select the MIDI Item and press Shift plus F2 to open the Item Properteis
Dialog.
TAB until you get to 'Pitch Adjust Semitones'
Enter a positive or negative number depending on whether you wish to
Transpose Up (positive) or Down (negative)
Hit Enter and all is good to go....
Kind regards
