[Rwp] Delete content of a region

[Patrick Perdue]

Use ripple editing (ripple all tracks) if you want to cut everything 
corresponding to the length of your split/selected item across all tracks.
Toggle ripple editing modes with shift+p, use p by itself to read the 
state of ripple editing.
