There is yep. With reaAccess, move to the relevant item using either
CTRL+Left or CTRL+Right. That'll place the cursor at the start of the
relevant item. To move to the end of it, use CTRL+]. As you've
probably guessed by now, CTRL+[ will move you to the beginning again.
