[Rwp] How to Select Exactly One Measure?

Hi,
me again, I have another question. I have posted it in the official
Reaper forums and I got an answer too, but it would be great if
someone could confirm it, because it does not seem to work that way.
Could be that I just did something wrong though.
Let's say I want to select an entire measure (forexample the first
one) and re-record it. Let's say that this measure has 4 beats. I
would want to use the Jump function to get exactly to the end of the
measure to select it in its entirety but nothing else. My question is:
What value should I enter into the textbox? Let's say that the second
measure contains perfectly recorded audio from start to finish and
re-recording only a single millisecond of it would be a catastrophe.
Which is the correct value - 1.4.99 or 2.1.00.
The answer I got was "2.1.00". Is this correct? Alternately, are there
any better ways of doing this? It seems to me that jumping to 2.1.00
includes 1 % of the first beat of the second measure in the selection,
but as I say, I can be wrong.
