[Rwp] automation without controller how?

I would like to make volume or pan or some fx parameter to change in 
defined time or gradually increased from defined start to end time. Is 
this possible in Reaper 4x with Reaaccess or Osara? yes, i can set 
automation to write, set MIDI controller etc but what if i do it exactly 
in defined time or if i would like to make envelope straight as soon as 
possible.
