[Rwp] Delete content of a region

Alexis,
     I think you shouldn't do this.
     Instead, actually use items instead of fighting them. Items allow 
for controlling the behavior of your cuts, and it's the paradigm on 
which Reaper is built.
     Instead of selecting in the way you normally would, split items on 
a single track. Hover over the track you wish ot delete the data from, 
and at the start of the data, hit Shift-A, then S. At the end of the 
data you wish to delete, another Shift-A, then S. Then, just navigate 
between items, find the patch of data you want to delete, and delete it. 
All regions do is add complexity you don't need for a simple deletion task.
