The best way to fix this is to make sure the static text controls (the 
labels) are created just before the controls they're labelling. If this 
is done, they'll get the accessibility for free. Right now, all the 
labels get created after *all* the controls, so Windows accessibility 
(oleacc) doesn't know what to do.

If that's not possible, there is another way, but it involves using MSAA 
Dynamic Annotation, which is a bit trickier (although not all that 
difficult).
