True, but SWS has two actions already which can adjust volume in 
whatever steps you like: Xenakios/SWS: Nudge volume of selected tracks 
up/down. You set the steps using the dialog you get with Xenakios/SWS: 
Command parameters. Unfortunately, the fields in that dialog aren't 
labelled accessibly, but I was able to figure it out with screen review. 
You want the 16th edit field to set the step.
