[Rwp] Is there a Shortcut for the Input (Recording) Menu?

It's swings and roundabouts. Both have advantages and disadvantages.
I'm using NVDA here, but there are plenty of JAWS users around too. So
far as I can tell, the main advantage you've got in this context as a
JAWS user is that JAWS seems to support a stronger OCR engine, which
can be useful for getting through some inaccessible screens in third
party plugins.
